Hello. Im new and i dont know enough about calorie counting. Did you loose weight using calorie counter? Does it help? I mean, can i loose weight with only observing the nutrients and calorie?

Simply put, yes.
Counting calories and eating to an appropriate level of calories for your individual stats is exactly how it works.
All of the weird and (not so) wonderful ‘diet plans’ out there rely on that fact at the end of the day. Or they do, if they have any chance of working!
Nutrients matter over the long term for your health of course. But losing weight is only about the energy you put into your body (calories in) being less than the energy you expend through daily life (calories out).6 -

Agree with BarbaraHelen,
Calories are key. I just want to add, set a practical calorie goal. Start slow. Once you lose a few, usually energy levels naturally rise, then you might find yourself wanting to add in workouts, like 30 minutes of cardio a few times a week and wanting to move more or strengthen.
Small changes that were doable for the long term were personally how I started my health journey years ago when I dropped close to 100 and kept it off.
