Newbie at 54!

I'm nervous but determined to get back to my pre-menopause weight. I'm turning 54 very soon and can't seem to even maintain my weight! I'm very curious to see how y'all are working towards your goals.

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.

    Thanks! I do have a food scale. I need to use it more. I need to start logging "everything". LOL
