Hi, everyone!
I'm Sheila, and I just started working out, seriously. I had weight loss surgery in May of this year, and now it is way overdue for me to start an exercise program. Right now, I walk in the mornings and lift dumbells three times a week for strength training. FitnessPal is keeping me motivated.
I would love to have friends to talk with as I continue my weight loss journey. Are you game? :)

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
