    I think what you might be thinking about is the novelty message when you close out your food diary for the day within the MFP accepted range of your goal calories.

    If it is that, pay little mind to it’s prediction, it’s little more than a gimmick, based as it is on ‘every day being like today’ which it never is!

    If it’s not that, try to restate your question because it’s a little tricky figuring out what you mean.

    How much you lose depends on your motivation, discipline, accountability, dedication and patience.

    How long it takes depends on how smart you are. Slow weight loss is sustainable weight loss.
