Lower Blood Pressure

Hello, been using MyFitnessPal app again for a short time. I am 37 and was told I have high blood pressure and I have been freaking out a bit. Of course I have taken to the internet to research diets and techniques to lower my BP but it's daunting. Hoping y'all can help me simplify. Just need a simple but effect meal plan to add to my workout routine. Thanks to whoever responds 😊
