Hi guys,
I am a full time nurse by profession. I am on my feel about 4 days in a week and sometimes more. I am also studying part time. I cycle to work and every time I get myself to the gym.
I have 2 sons that are in their early twenties. I have never been so heavy before and I do not like it. I am hoping to lose about 6kgs and then just maintain it.
I have been a vegetarian for 20 years and enjoy being one
Just want to be fit,

If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.
Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
