I'm about halfway to goal range. Don't have a precise goal number. I'll see how I feel when I'm there and tweak accordingly.1
-
my goal was 165. i'm at 141
for a dude that stands 6 feet tall, i lost too much.

I reached goal weight nearly 1.5 years ago. Nowadays I'm more focused on fitness and physique.3
-
I'm 12 lbs away from my goal weight. Then I plan on toning myself a bit.
Edit: I'm a 32 year old man, though idk why that's relevant.6 -
**laughs in nowhere near** Yeeeaaaaah... I've been doing this since I was 30. I'm 34 now... nowhere near where I'd like to be.2
-
By this, I mean here on MFP. I've been tracking calories since I was... 25 or so? Never get anywhere near where I'd like to be. Beginning to think it will never happen.1

If you are at a calorie deficit, you will lose weight, barring no serious medical issues standing in your way.
Are you using a food scale?1 -

Are you using a food scale?
Yep. Been using the same food scale since 2012 when I started using Calorie Count (a now defunct website).0 -
Maybe it's time for a new scale?2

SW = 280
CW = 210
UGW = 1804 -
35/F, CW 129, GW 127.
I'm really happy with where I'm at right now except I have a little pouch of fat on my lower belly that's super annoying. I've read through the "Does my uterus make me look fat?" thread but what I have is actual fat, not just a visible uterus leaning out. I'm not sure if I want to continue losing or try recomping.1 -
started at 256, goal was 200...at 204 now. 6'0", but i'm thinking of stopping there and focus more on muscle building.2
-
GW = 165
CW = dunno.. haven't weighed in months, don't care enough to... probably 185ish if I had to guess.3 -
I am 26, 5'7.5''
Highest: 200 lbs.
Start: 190 lbs. in February 2018
Current: 136 lbs. (I first hit this weight in May 2019, have basically been in a plateau since)
Goal: 125 lbs.? (or whenever I feel comfortable with my body fat amount)
I'm close and just taking it slow from here on out!4 -
My goal was to have won the lottery by now.
I have not.3 -
My goal weight is 175. I'm at 220 now. My highest weight was 248 on Dec 1 2018.
6 years ago I got down to 175 for literally one weigh in, but I do remember really being comfortable with how I felt near that range. I hope to be pretty close to my goal by this time next year, or ideally June 2019. We'll see
It's very hard for me to lose weight, and I lose it very slllooowwwllllyyyy but for the first time in 5 years I am doing it consistently for almost a year now.
Baby steps......4 -
I just had a baby, and while I am 15lbs or so away from my pre-pregnancy weight I have a long way to go body composition wise to my ultimate goal. I think I need at least another 2-3 years to rebuild.1

Start weight 283,
Current weight 225,
Goal weight 215,4 -
2007 - heaviest weight 307 (maybe more)
2013 - MFP start weight 262
2015 - lowest weight (since 7th grade actually) 163-ish
2019 - current weight 172
I haven't had a very specific goal in mind since 180 lb back in 2014, and after achieving that I thought I would aim for 150. But when I've hit the lower 160s, I tend to start having low libido & nutritional deficiencies show up on my bloodwork. So I plan to maintain between 165-175. I have been in the 170s for years and fine with it as a permanent "goal" range.
5'8" and 42 years old.

I’m 5’0”. I keep debating if I actually want to lose or just maintain. If I lose weight, I will inevitably lose some curves too.1 -
