Realizing that I am a wish-washy eater.

Sometimes I eat too much and other days I don't eat enough. I think it depends on my mood. How do you get consistent?

    I fill out my food diary a few days in advance. That eliminates any "what am I going to eat" stress. It also means I'm not throwing out food because I forgot I had it.

    Best of all, I'm eating well thought out meals that I'm excited about.
