    Well, I'm back at the gym. I stayed an extra week at the accommodation far from the gym. So it's a new year, I'll only have access to a treadmill for 6-9 months. I want to see how fast I can run so I need to be consistent. Starting off slowly since I'm not fit.

    Today I walked for 10 minutes each at
    5.0, 4.9, 4.8 km/hr.
    Tomorrow I want to increase that by 0.1.
