    So I know I've previously said I'm not a fan of Angel Food Cake, but came across this recipe for "Angel Food Cake With Lemon Curd and Fresh Seasonal Berries" ... the lemon curd is an interesting topping! Would give it some body... curious to try!

    My mom really likes angel food cake. I don't. There is this one recipe that you can make with an angel food cake mix (and it can't be the cheap mix or the whole thing is a disaster) and a can of pineapple (and maybe some other stuff, I don't have the recipe on hand) that I think is reasonable. but I don't like it enough to make it specifically.
