    Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: Intermittent fasting. I began IF last week as I did a lot of research on the overall health benefits. Some days are much harder than others to do my 15 hour fast and I haven't been able to hold out.
    Also, I seem to be finding myself getting some sort of sweet treat every evening after dinner. My calories usually allow it but my main issue is the self discipline.

    Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: Ran 11.5 miles in the rain and kept my calories in my typical range. Struggle is getting in enough protein and carbs for running and muscle.

    Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: Poor sleep, more stress, too many calories have predictable consequences. While I want to move back to the bottom of range, this is not the way to do it. I was able to at least get my runs in 6 out of 7 days. Buckling down for a more successful week.
