Hello guys,
Not sure if this is the right place to post this question but anyways:
I work at a warehouse ( Amazon ) in a department called Stowing, so i push a trolley and scan items from totes into shelves and stow them , the majority of the time I’m standing up ( 10h shift) i have to walk but it’s not so much , like every 5 min I have to walk 20-30 meters . The shift is 10h shift.
This is my work.
Then after that I go to the gym in the evening for 1-1.5 h i do my weight routine ( whatever muscle of the day I have to train + 20 - 30 min swimming )
So what activity level I should choose?
Thank you very much !

I would choose the "Active" one to cover the job, and I would log my exercise separately. That's how this site is intended to be used.
Log food as accurately as you can for 4-6 weeks. Adjust after that time if your results are not what you expect. This is an experiment you have to run (we all did!)

Agree with this, except I would start with lightly active if the packages are generally light (less than 5 lbs), because it doesn't really sound like that much walking.0
