    2 Oct - 297.4 Not so great but I already know I didn't drink enough water yesterday so I know it'll go again!

    3 October 296.3! Yay! Pleased with that and confirms that yesterday was a lack of drinking water!

    4 October 295.9 still going in the right direction for now but I think that may change tomorrow!

    6 October 294.4 didn't weigh yesterday, was up early to do a major road trip and not awake enough. Happy to see it's still going in the right direction though! ๐Ÿ˜

    7 October 294.6 To be expected after having dinner out yesterday and not drinking enough water. Still on track for the 285 by the end of the month I hope!

    8 October 293.5 Delighted with this. Takes me out of the 21 stone bracket and pops me into the very top of the 20st bracket. Still too much but all going in the right direction ๐Ÿ˜

    9 October 293.8 well it couldn't carry on going down forever! Luckily didn't go up much so I'm happy with that. Onwards and downwards ๐Ÿ˜Š

    2 Oct - 10.10 at last. Was on 10.11 for about 2 weeks.

    9 Oct - 10.10. Not the best day for food. Up at 4am. Could not wait until normal breakfast time at 11am. Then hungry all day. Late evening dinner too. Weekends are not the problem for me but the early 4am starts.

    October 6: was 168 something. I ate a lot on Saturday the 5th. But I was still happy, because a few weeks ago I would have been 171 after a day like that.

    3 Oct -177.6--ok, I was at this weight for one day about 2 weeks ago. I was so happy to see it but immediately went back up. Lets hope it sticks this time. I did exercise for 45 mins yesterday, about 15 mins more than my usual weekday cardio.

    3 Oct - 212 (My TDEE numbers are frustrating me so much. I have a very sedentary desk job, but I work out everyday, so I'm getting SOME activity in. And yet, my "maintenance" calories seem to be less than 10x my body weight, which seems wrong. Or maybe I'm just old!)

My youngest son got a concussion and we were in the hospital all night last night and dinner consistent of a pizza I grabbed on the way home at 10 and absolutely no workout. All in all, Iโ€™m ok with that number today.
