I defo updated yesterday but I donโt know where itโs gone ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ anyway as predicted Iโm getting annoyed with the fluctuations when Iโve been trying so hard with both food and exercise. Iโm always under calories but I think I need to cut back on carbs, particularly for dinner.

11 Oct - 207.2 Well, rats - wrong direction. Minor setback! Went over my calorie budget yesterday and I had ham roast for both dinner and lunch...sodium too high, maybe? Still, happy with what Iโve been doing and ready to continue learning to make good choices long term.

6 October 294.4 didn't weigh yesterday, was up early to do a major road trip and not awake enough. Happy to see it's still going in the right direction though! ๐
