    Day 9 done! I am super proud tonight. I normally work from home. I had to commute into the office for 2 days worth of meetings. That's 60 miles one way in traffic. Yesterday was a rest day, but I came home and walked enough to hit my step goal. I got home tonight exhausted and fell asleep. I woke up at 1130. It would have been so easy to just chalk today up to missed. But I got up thinking just hit the challenge - get that plank and the pushups. So I did. And since I was working, I finished my whole routine.

    @LisaW57 Im at 55 seconds today. Last year, I did this plank challenge and held a 90 second plank. Im hoping to get to 2 minutes with this challenge.. Day 11 done and I was wobbling too! ๐Ÿ˜

    Oh man! I'm way off. Been taking care of sick granddaughter. I usually exercise in evening, and I'm worn out. Need to cream day 16 in early and get back on track

    Thanks @superfood75! She's much better, but I picked up her cooties. Eating's off. Haven't hit my exercise routine for a week. The weight has been bouncing a bit, but the 10 day average is steady, so that's a plus.

    Feeling better, and big activity day today. Our 30 year old shed was getting close to collapse, so it was demolished this morning. I got 2.5 hours of moderate cardio sorting thru the contents - bagging trash, getting stuff we're keeping ready to haul to a storage unit, and setting aside some for my son and daughter in-law. Major accomplishment - and my Fitbit showed decent cardio and peak heart rates!

    I'll get back to the challenge tomorrow!
