With your job gary you need to comsume a lot carbs. Not many people at all require 400g of protein a day. Also most people cant absorb more than 90g of protein in a single feeding so do the math on how much “chicken” youll be eating 5 times a day if you take that advice. 1g per pound of weight is enough.
I have a desk job but I really dont care about carbs working out 3-4 times a week and my bulk load is 4k a day. Give me all the fat I can take in too. I aim for 200g protein daily.1 -
This apparently is the facebook of fitness rofl... you really want advice then do your own research and apply it to your nutritionplan and workout but dont listen to internet trolls thats for sure. If someone says something on a site Like this you need to research it and figure iut whats right for tou.0
