Hey what is the best option for me to put on weight I have a fast metabolism and don’t do much for fitness but have a toned shape but skinny

    This depends on your health actually. If you don't need to avoid anything, just add an extra meal a day for a week and see what happens. More calories in than you burn?

    Peanut butter. A jar a day will put weight on right away.
