Iv taken a break from working out & healthy eating for a month now and am starting back into it again tomorrow.
I need too get a workout plan,
I'd like to build muscle
I don't go to the gym I only use dumbells at home.
Can anyone help me with a workout plan and diet that would be good for this? I'd like to stick to it and make a difference to my body
