So Ok; heres my update. At work I did pretty good. I was tempted by the smell of Chicken wings lol and also bagels. The Bagels were facing me every time I would walk past them. I love bagels 🥯 😣lol

Breakfast: Shakeology and tea 🍵

Lunch: Turkey Ham Salad and Cup noodle. (I took out half the liquid from the soup aka because of sodium)

Snacks: Cup of mixed fruits and Teryaki Jerk link (How ever u call those lol)

I lost count on the cups of water lol
Now to make it through the rest of the day fasting.
