Hi Everybody,
I'm a newbie here and not a premium member. How can I find out which food is bumping up my fat level. My breakfast shows that I am over in fat.
25g oats, 1/2 an apple, 1/2 cup low fat milk, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds.

Take a look at the nutrition info on the individual items. If the entries you chose don’t have anything but the calories listed then see if you can find more complete entries in the database.
(Totally possible that you’ve stumbled upon one of the many weird user entered errors in the database and something has been entered incorrectly and is falsely skewing the numbers.)
It’s a combination of the milk and the pumpkin seeds by the way. Both will contain fats. I can’t imagine they’ve put you over your fat goal for the day though, so I think you’re maybe worrying about your macro split? If that’s the case...don’t worry. Not every meal has to precisely hit your macro percentages, it’ll likely balance out over the course of the day or even a week. Totally fine!3 -

Are you looking at % or at actual grams when you say that your breakfast says you are over in fat. If after logging breakfast it says, for example, you're at 40% fat and your is 35% fat, it doesn't mean you're over for the day. It just means that one meal was a little higher in fat than your overall goal and you may want to get less fat in your other meals.0
