    I'm in. I've set myself a 7 day challenge to burn 750 cals a day for a week through exercise so Skinny Wednesday will really help with that.

    This is a great idea. Wednesdays aren't my problem though...it's usually by Fri/Sat that I fall off the wagon. I almost ALWAYS have to have "Start-Over Sunday!" :mad:

    In, even on vacation...plan on another morning run/walk tomorrow and swimming...will try and eat below calorie, but evening always gets to me.....will not have to push water because it is HOTTTT here...anyway....good luck challangers....talk to you tomorrow!!
