i have been many a diet in last 40 years all failed this one appears to be different, not loosing weight but think im loosing inches. i get a bit disheartened if dont see it coming off and tend to stop diets. However i dont feel im on a diet with ketos at all,

    If you haven’t already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum.

    Keto is just one way of eating. If you stay in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.

    Hi Rosalinda.

    I just started my Keto diet about a month ago. I have been losing weight at a pretty good clip. The reason you're not seeing weight coming off, I suppose, could be due to a number of things. Are you tracking your calories? How about your carbs, fats, and proteins? When did you start your diet? I wish you the best with your diet. Good luck!!

    I’m 61lbs down on keto (dirty/lazy) hit a bit of a plateau now so would like new friends to get me over the final hurdle.
