Just had some friends do the 343 mile ride from NY to Washington DC as part of the charity ride to honor the 343 firefighters lost on 9/11. Im figuring that would have been a leisurely ride for you lol. They are in good shape but found it pretty challenging.
That's friggen epic distance to cover, and for a great cause too RIP. Cycling is the toughest sport lol (slight bias) but its also amazing for building mental stamina and bonding so KUDOS. I miss the really long days on the bike, now I have two jobs and study at two universities so naturally the cycling had to be reduced, shame

I seem to have hurt my back/rib in baseball, so lifting has been on the sidelines.
I did manage to get out to go catfishing and thankfully that did not hurt. It was a great day on the river... Landed 5 master cats over 34" long (and lost count of how many others!) Wow what a fight! That's the closest I've come to a workout in almost two weeks!
