First time I’ve been able to go to the gym in almost 11 weeks. Not cleared to go back to my real gym yet but I can do light stuff at the alternate gym. God did I feel horribly horribly out of shape. It wasn’t supposed to be this long.😖Onward and upward I suppose.

Gained some weight 😏 I've been having physio but feeling much better now. Started again with the home workouts until I can get back to the gym September.
