Late evening walk with Patches.

Garage gym back and shoulders. Finally got a barbell and deadlifted for the first time in what feels like forever!

Another hour of jump rope, 35 mins on a 4.5 miler and walk down. Did circuit tonight after a ton of work outside. Got it in today.

My personal trainer Patches O'Houlihan working me out on the battle ropes.
He also had me do a 2.66 mile beach walk/run and worked my upper body with ball throws.
We would have ran most of the way but 20 mile head winds with 40 mile gusts had a different idea.

Warm up- 10 min jump rope
Strength- 100 press ups in weighted vest
Circuit- Deck of cards with 25kg Powerbag
Diamonds- front squats
Hearts- bent over rows
Spades- shoulder press
Clubs- swings
Joker 1- 100 star jumps/ Joker 2- 100 Alt step ups
J,Q,K- 11, 12, 13 reps
Ace- 15 reps3 -
