Cauliflower pizza?

A lot of people hate on cauliflower pizza or cauliflower anything. I think some of them don't realize or haven't been through just how bad a "trigger food" really can be! When I first started losing weight I totally did the cauliflower substitute. It was less calories and I could eat more of it, more often, and not feel guilty or have it affect my weight or eating habits. After I got into a routine and learned my triggers, learned how to accurately count my macros etc, then I introduced "real" pizza back into my life. I'll still eat cauliflower if I'm looking for quantity over quality. But if I want quality, I'll save the calories for something doughy and delicious.0
