3 months no weight loss

I’m 31. I started this weight loss journey 6 years ago. I started at 240 lbs and got to 140 lbs my smallest weight. After a couple
Of years I’m up to 174 lbs.
I work out HIIT 3-5 times a week and I’m in a caloric deficit.
I did it like this before, especially after I had a baby my weight dropped faster with exercise and being on a calorie deficit.
What happened now??
I tried KETO , iifym and no luck.

Are you weighing and logging all your food?
No diet will help if you're eating too many calories.2 -

How do you know you are in a calorie deficit? How are you accounting for what you consume?

It’s typically logging errors that keep people from losing weight.0 -
Some people lose weight faster after having a baby than at other times due to breast feeing, carrying infant around, and loss of fluids/fat stores for pregnancy. You may need a different approach.0
