Progress update 8 months vegan diet

Hi guys,

8 months into my fat loss process.
I did only weight training. no cardio yet.
I followed plant based diet only from last 1 year.
Its calorie deficit which is working for me.

Looking for some tips to get abs and then start building muscles after fat loss completes.
Still have lot of fat to loose from mid section.

    Wow this is amazing, well done. I've been plant based for almost 6 years with 80 percent of that whole food. It's easy to lose and maintain weight. I've come back to MFP after having a baby in Aug 2018 and since then have lost another 11kgs. :) keep it up!
