    Day 48 – 04/17 …….202.3…… I did five smaller sets of walking yesterday so I feel good about that. No glucose drops so it was MUCH EASIER to stick to plan. Luckily I also had no cravings or ravenous hunger so I am doing well so far this week. Today I may run to the Post Office (if I can get away) and I may try to rake up around another melting snow hill on my business property. Mainly, I just want to keep up the momentum.
    Day 49 – 04/18 …….202.3…… I followed my plan perfectly yesterday. I got in 5 small walks totaling over 80 minutes and kept my calories and carbs low. I wish the scale would have budged, maybe tomorrow.
    Day 50 – 04/19 …….202.5…… A small cheat last night so today I will be laser-focused.
    Day 51 – 04/20 ..…..202.5…… Traveling today which is likely to show up on the scale tomorrow, but supplies are a must!
    Day 52 – 04/21 …….204.7…… Out of town yesterday which included restaurant food eaten in the car. I miss the dining experience. I made choices that were enjoyable but not compliant or smart. Back at it today and excited for it. Cold & snowy today. Snow off & on with only a little of it sticking. Too cold for outdoor activity so I’ll be doing some exercise indoors today.

    Day 53 – 04/22 …….204.7…… I love the results but I hate the process. When the results don’t come either, it just plain sux. Ugg! Maybe a whoosh tomorrow?
    Day 54 – 04/23 …....204.5…… Not exactly a whoosh but a step in the right direction. I’ve got to stay focused. Laser focused. I HATE where I am at right now!
    Day 55 – 04/24 …....203.6…… Doing the happy dance right now. I am so proud of myself. I have been doing a rotation of exercises to keep my body guessing. Today I will throw in more Zumba Fitness Marshall along with my ski machine and some walking! I rocked yesterday!!!! It payed off. Praying for another good day that is not too hard.
    Day 56 – 04/25 ..…..202.7…… I am planning some more outside exercise and activity today. I am thrilled with the drop on the scale. I burned an extra 1000 calories yesterday so that is probably what did it. I really need to increase my water though.

    Thanks for the tip on the egg whites. We only have one grocery store in my entire town (and county) and they railroad us into high prices but I will definitely check the pricing. When I check for regular egg beaters about 3 or 4 months ago they were $6.99 for the small tall container (a quart I think). And that was for the store brand! That was just too expensive. I do go out of town for shopping to get to bigger box stores like Walmart to save $$$. Lately, though, my travel has been much more limited. If the egg whites are reasonably priced, I'm picking them up. If not, it would be cheaper to just get my own by separating whole eggs. Cutting the fat would allow to add the bit of cheese. What a nice meal for 78 calories! Trust me, I will be searching out this low fat, low calorie and low carb meal idea!

    Day 57 – 04/26 …....204.3…… Emergency travel yesterday. Food ended up being Chinese which always makes me retain water. It was delicious though. Today I will work on getting the bloat down. I did fit it some spurts of activity. I did not get to the yard work because of leaving home. Today, being Sunday, is a busy day for me so I will be busy. Tomorrow, the scale read should be better. I was able to stop and get some carton egg whites so I am happy about that!

    Day 1: 11/22 - 158.1

    November result: 0.4lb loss

    December result: Gain 3.1 pounds

    Day 71, Fri, 1/31: 159.7

    January result: Gain 0.2 pounds

    Day 72, Sat, 2/1: 158.1 - exactly the same as Day 1 of 100 days
    Day 100, Sat, 2/29: 154.4
    February result: Loss 3.7

    Total loss over 100 days: 3.7 pounds

    Day 1 - Sunday March 01.20 - 155.3 - up almost a pound from yesterday.

    Day 13 - Friday March 13.20 - 152.1 - Wow, all of the hard work is showing some progress! New low.

    Day 31 - Tuesday March 31.20 - 156.9 - burned lots of calories, consumed under calories but still showed an uptick on the scale.

    March results: Kind of a bust, 1.6 pounds gained

    Day 32 04.01.20 - 155.4 - I think that March was hard for everyone. Onward to April.
    Day 33 04.02.20 - 154.8 - Seeing a drop in the scale motivates me more than anything else at all. Almost back to end of February weight. That 0.4 is my next goal.
    Day 34 Friday 04.03.20 - 155.4 - No sleep last night. I weighed myself and was up 3 pounds, so went back to bed for some snoozes listening to the bedside radio. Really on track, so hoping to see a drop tomorrow.
    Day 35 Saturday 04.04.20 - 154.3
    Day 36 – Sunday 04.05 - 155.7
    Day 37 – Monday 04.06 - 155.5
    Day 38 – Tuesday 04.07 - 156.3 - Low calorie dinner that had lots of sodium (olive juice). I had extra workouts and had almost 1,000 calories left over in the tracker, but I drank so much liquid because the sodium made me very thirsty. I am sure that my numbers will be back down tomorrow : - )
    Day 39 – Wednesday 04.08 - 155.5 - had hoped for more, I will stay at it.
    Day 40 – Thursday 04.09 - 155.2 - Really need to get down to the end of the last 100 days...and beyond. I do have more time for working out now, and have begun some garden clean-up.
    Day 41 – Friday 04.10 - 156.3 - Argh, deflated at this number...So I had Ribs.
    Day 42 – Saturday 04.11- 156.7 - Yesterday's number made me sort of give up and eat whatever I wanted. This will take days of diligence to undo.
    Day 43 – Sunday 04.12 - 155.7 - Okay, I am back to being motivated now that I have seen a drop.
    Day 44 – Monday 04.13 - 156.3 - Going to almost ignore that number, I am getting in lots of extra workouts and kept my calories consumed low. Definitely feeling leaner even though the scale didn't show it today. Up 4.2 pounds since March 13.
    Day 45 – Tuesday 04.14 - 157.5 - Sticking with the plan, I believe this number to be a weird fluctuation, I have been on point on all fronts, and have been working out much more since being out of work, and eating better too. Really expecting a big drop soon.
    Day 46 – 04/15 - 155.5 - Okay, almost back to day 32 weight. Now to get rid of January and March gains of 1.8 total ... and beyond. Up 1.1 still from the first 100 EW.
    Day 47 – 04/16 - 154.9 - Gosh this is soooo hard! Fighting for every ounce.
    Day 48 – 04/17 - 156.1 - Argh
    Day 49 – Saturday 04/18 - 155.6
    Day 50 – Sunday 04/19 - 155.6 - Better than gaining, but really want to get below April 1st weight. Going to stick with the plan. 1/2 way through the 100 days and I am higher than day 1 of this round.

    Day 48 – 04/17 …….202.3…… I did five smaller sets of walking yesterday so I feel good about that. No glucose drops so it was MUCH EASIER to stick to plan. Luckily I also had no cravings or ravenous hunger so I am doing well so far this week. Today I may run to the Post Office (if I can get away) and I may try to rake up around another melting snow hill on my business property. Mainly, I just want to keep up the momentum.
    Day 49 – 04/18 …….202.3…… I followed my plan perfectly yesterday. I got in 5 small walks totaling over 80 minutes and kept my calories and carbs low. I wish the scale would have budged, maybe tomorrow.
    Day 50 – 04/19 …….202.5…… A small cheat last night so today I will be laser-focused.
    Day 51 – 04/20 ..…..202.5…… Traveling today which is likely to show up on the scale tomorrow, but supplies are a must!
    Day 52 – 04/21 …….204.7…… Out of town yesterday which included restaurant food eaten in the car. I miss the dining experience. I made choices that were enjoyable but not compliant or smart. Back at it today and excited for it. Cold & snowy today. Snow off & on with only a little of it sticking. Too cold for outdoor activity so I’ll be doing some exercise indoors today.

    Day 53 – 04/22 …….204.7…… I love the results but I hate the process. When the results don’t come either, it just plain sux. Ugg! Maybe a whoosh tomorrow?
    Day 54 – 04/23 …....204.5…… Not exactly a whoosh but a step in the right direction. I’ve got to stay focused. Laser focused. I HATE where I am at right now!
    Day 55 – 04/24 …....203.6…… Doing the happy dance right now. I am so proud of myself. I have been doing a rotation of exercises to keep my body guessing. Today I will throw in more Zumba Fitness Marshall along with my ski machine and some walking! I rocked yesterday!!!! It payed off. Praying for another good day that is not too hard.
    Day 56 – 04/25 ..…..202.7…… I am planning some more outside exercise and activity today. I am thrilled with the drop on the scale. I burned an extra 1000 calories yesterday so that is probably what did it. I really need to increase my water though.
    Day 57 – 04/26 …....204.3…… Emergency travel yesterday. Food ended up being Chinese which always makes me retain water. It was delicious though. Today I will work on getting the bloat down. I did fit it some spurts of activity. I did not get to the yard work because of leaving home. Today, being Sunday, is a busy day for me so I will be busy. Tomorrow, the scale read should be better. I was able to stop and get some carton egg whites so I am happy about that!

    Day 1 - Sunday March 01.20 - 155.3 - up almost a pound from yesterday.

    Day 13 - Friday March 13.20 - 152.1 - Wow, all of the hard work is showing some progress! New low.

    Day 31 - Tuesday March 31.20 - 156.9 - burned lots of calories, consumed under calories but still showed an uptick on the scale.

    March results: Kind of a bust, 1.6 pounds gained

    Day 32 04.01.20 - 155.4 - I think that March was hard for everyone. Onward to April.
    Day 33 04.02.20 - 154.8 - Seeing a drop in the scale motivates me more than anything else at all. Almost back to end of February weight. That 0.4 is my next goal.
    Day 34 Friday 04.03.20 - 155.4 - No sleep last night. I weighed myself and was up 3 pounds, so went back to bed for some snoozes listening to the bedside radio. Really on track, so hoping to see a drop tomorrow.

    Day 36 – Sunday 04.05 - 155.7
    Day 37 – Monday 04.06 - 155.5
    Day 38 – Tuesday 04.07 - 156.3 - Low calorie dinner that had lots of sodium (olive juice). I had extra workouts and had almost 1,000 calories left over in the tracker, but I drank so much liquid because the sodium made me very thirsty. I am sure that my numbers will be back down tomorrow : - )
    Day 39 – Wednesday 04.08 - 155.5 - had hoped for more, I will stay at it.
    Day 40 – Thursday 04.09 - 155.2 - Really need to get down to the end of the last 100 days...and beyond. I do have more time for working out now, and have begun some garden clean-up.
    Day 41 – Friday 04.10 - 156.3 - Argh, deflated at this number...So I had Ribs.
    Day 42 – Saturday 04.11- 156.7 - Yesterday's number made me sort of give up and eat whatever I wanted. This will take days of diligence to undo.
    Day 43 – Sunday 04.12 - 155.7 - Okay, I am back to being motivated now that I have seen a drop.
    Day 44 – Monday 04.13 - 156.3 - Going to almost ignore that number, I am getting in lots of extra workouts and kept my calories consumed low. Definitely feeling leaner even though the scale didn't show it today. Up 4.2 pounds since March 13.
    Day 45 – Tuesday 04.14 - 157.5 - Sticking with the plan, I believe this number to be a weird fluctuation, I have been on point on all fronts, and have been working out much more since being out of work, and eating better too. Really expecting a big drop soon.
    Day 46 – 04/15 - 155.5 - Okay, almost back to day 32 weight. Now to get rid of January and March gains of 1.8 total ... and beyond. Up 1.1 still from the first 100 EW.
    Day 47 – 04/16 - 154.9 - Gosh this is soooo hard! Fighting for every ounce.
    Day 48 – 04/17 - 156.1 - Argh
    Day 49 – Saturday 04/18 - 155.6
    Day 50 – Sunday 04/19 - 155.6 - Better than gaining, but really want to get below April 1st weight. Going to stick with the plan. 1/2 way through the 100 days and I am higher than day 1 of this round.

    Yes, I tend to fall off reporting for some time on the threads but I always record a daily weigh-in with MyFitnessPal.

    My new scale should update my weight on Fitbit automatically (but MFP did that before).

    I'm a stats girl so it is nice to have all the bells and whistles.

    Day 1 - Sunday March 01.20 - 155.3 - up almost a pound from yesterday.

    Day 13 - Friday March 13.20 - 152.1 - Wow, all of the hard work is showing some progress! New low.

    Day 31 - Tuesday March 31.20 - 156.9 - burned lots of calories, consumed under calories but still showed an uptick on the scale.

    March results: Kind of a bust, 1.6 pounds gained

    Day 32 04.01.20 - 155.4 - I think that March was hard for everyone. Onward to April.
    Day 33 04.02.20 - 154.8 - Seeing a drop in the scale motivates me more than anything else at all. Almost back to end of February weight. That 0.4 is my next goal.
    Day 34 Friday 04.03.20 - 155.4 - No sleep last night. I weighed myself and was up 3 pounds, so went back to bed for some snoozes listening to the bedside radio. Really on track, so hoping to see a drop tomorrow.

    Day 36 – Sunday 04.05 - 155.7
    Day 37 – Monday 04.06 - 155.5
    Day 38 – Tuesday 04.07 - 156.3 - Low calorie dinner that had lots of sodium (olive juice). I had extra workouts and had almost 1,000 calories left over in the tracker, but I drank so much liquid because the sodium made me very thirsty. I am sure that my numbers will be back down tomorrow : - )
    Day 39 – Wednesday 04.08 - 155.5 - had hoped for more, I will stay at it.
    Day 40 – Thursday 04.09 - 155.2 - Really need to get down to the end of the last 100 days...and beyond. I do have more time for working out now, and have begun some garden clean-up.
    Day 41 – Friday 04.10 - 156.3 - Argh, deflated at this number...So I had Ribs.
    Day 42 – Saturday 04.11- 156.7 - Yesterday's number made me sort of give up and eat whatever I wanted. This will take days of diligence to undo.
    Day 43 – Sunday 04.12 - 155.7 - Okay, I am back to being motivated now that I have seen a drop.
    Day 44 – Monday 04.13 - 156.3 - Going to almost ignore that number, I am getting in lots of extra workouts and kept my calories consumed low. Definitely feeling leaner even though the scale didn't show it today. Up 4.2 pounds since March 13.
    Day 45 – Tuesday 04.14 - 157.5 - Sticking with the plan, I believe this number to be a weird fluctuation, I have been on point on all fronts, and have been working out much more since being out of work, and eating better too. Really expecting a big drop soon.
    Day 46 – 04/15 - 155.5 - Okay, almost back to day 32 weight. Now to get rid of January and March gains of 1.8 total ... and beyond. Up 1.1 still from the first 100 EW.
    Day 47 – 04/16 - 154.9 - Gosh this is soooo hard! Fighting for every ounce.
    Day 48 – 04/17 - 156.1 - Argh
    Day 49 – Saturday 04/18 - 155.6
    Day 50 – Sunday 04/19 - 155.6 - Better than gaining, but really want to get below April 1st weight. Going to stick with the plan. 1/2 way through the 100 days and I am higher than day 1 of this round.
    Day 51 – Monday 04/20 - 156.7
    Day 52 – Tuesday 04/21 - 155.3 - Okay.
    Day 53 – Wednesday 04/22 - 154.3 - 8 days left of this month, let's do this!
    Day 54 – Thursday 04/23 - 154.5 - Wanting to finish this month strong - 7 days to get 1 pound off hopefully.
    Day 55 – Friday 04/24 - 154.4 - Burned my calories in the garden today, we'll see how that shows up tomorrow morning.
    Day 56 – Saturday 04/25 - 154.4 - Going to add some Zumba before hitting the garden today, at least a song or 3.

    Day 58 – 04/27 - 156.0 - No reason whatsoever for this gain, I had 1100 calories left over after a great deal of activity yesterday. Maybe my body will catch up.

    Day 60 – 04/29 - 155.6 - low sleep. I don't expect a miracle tomorrow, but definitely hoping for one lol.

    I got a new scale last year in January and immediately lost 7 pounds. Sorry that yours went in the other direction, but you've got this.
    I also lost 7 pounds for real in April of last year with all of my ice skating calories burned during the season finally showing up. I continue to put in the work but no woosh this year yet.
    Which city did you go to @deepwoodslady?
    You can have a lot of egg whites for few calories and lots of protein. Easy to add so many things to it, very quick meal.

    Day 48 – 04/17 …….202.3…… I did five smaller sets of walking yesterday so I feel good about that. No glucose drops so it was MUCH EASIER to stick to plan. Luckily I also had no cravings or ravenous hunger so I am doing well so far this week. Today I may run to the Post Office (if I can get away) and I may try to rake up around another melting snow hill on my business property. Mainly, I just want to keep up the momentum.
    Day 49 – 04/18 …….202.3…… I followed my plan perfectly yesterday. I got in 5 small walks totaling over 80 minutes and kept my calories and carbs low. I wish the scale would have budged, maybe tomorrow.
    Day 50 – 04/19 …….202.5…… A small cheat last night so today I will be laser-focused.
    Day 51 – 04/20 ..…..202.5…… Traveling today which is likely to show up on the scale tomorrow, but supplies are a must!
    Day 52 – 04/21 …….204.7…… Out of town yesterday which included restaurant food eaten in the car. I miss the dining experience. I made choices that were enjoyable but not compliant or smart. Back at it today and excited for it. Cold & snowy today. Snow off & on with only a little of it sticking. Too cold for outdoor activity so I’ll be doing some exercise indoors today.

    Day 53 – 04/22 …….204.7…… I love the results but I hate the process. When the results don’t come either, it just plain sux. Ugg! Maybe a whoosh tomorrow?
    Day 54 – 04/23 …....204.5…… Not exactly a whoosh but a step in the right direction. I’ve got to stay focused. Laser focused. I HATE where I am at right now!
    Day 55 – 04/24 …....203.6…… Doing the happy dance right now. I am so proud of myself. I have been doing a rotation of exercises to keep my body guessing. Today I will throw in more Zumba Fitness Marshall along with my ski machine and some walking! I rocked yesterday!!!! It payed off. Praying for another good day that is not too hard.
    Day 56 – 04/25 ..…..202.7…… I am planning some more outside exercise and activity today. I am thrilled with the drop on the scale. I burned an extra 1000 calories yesterday so that is probably what did it. I really need to increase my water though.
    Day 57 – 04/26 …....204.3…… Emergency travel yesterday. Food ended up being Chinese which always makes me retain water. It was delicious though. Today I will work on getting the bloat down. I did fit it some spurts of activity. I did not get to the yard work because of leaving home. Today, being Sunday, is a busy day for me so I will be busy. Tomorrow, the scale read should be better. I was able to stop and get some carton egg whites so I am happy about that!
    Day 58 – 04/27 …….203.2…… Better!
    Day 59 – 04/28 …….203.1…… A long day in a city far away!
    Day 60 – 04/29 …….208.4…… OMG. Too much Asian food of late (during travels). Traveling 3 times in the past week is not typical for me but it was necessary. Bad choices in food I guess. I kept the meals in small quantities but it still adds up! I hope a lot of this is bloat.

    Not that there is anything open to go out to eat now, but I had to stop going out to eat because I would gain 3 pounds the next day even if I ordered salad with grilled chicken! I do like going out to lunch or dinner with friends, but really had to cut that back. I don't do takeout, it is the idea of going to a restaurant that I liked and had to cut way back. Now of course that is not an option. I think that you are right @deepwoodslady that it is the sodium. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
