    HEAVIEST weight: 175.4 in early 2013.

    Time it took to lose: ~6 months
    How long in maintenance: Since July 2018 -- but with some fluctuation outside of goal range.
    Maintenance weight range: 142 - 148 (and not sure that's the right answer)

    Success of the week: My November weight trend has been amazingly consistent even though it's up a pound from November 1. October wasn't a good month, so at least November didn't bring another BIG gain; just a small one. I'm still in the middle of my range, but I've had some crazy days when the scale was way up (or down). I need to remind myself that despite this small gain, I am actually maintaining pretty well. Not ideal, but pretty good.

    Struggle of the week: I ended November on a high weight. Oh well. My trending weight was actually pretty flat all month, but it's higher in my range than I want. But still in range.

    Total weight lost: 18 (mfp says 23 because it's looking at my weight in Jan as starting point)

    Maintenance weight range: current goal is 220 lbs. plan to 'rest' there a month and then aim for 200 lbs. I'm setting achievable stepwise goals like this so I can declare intermediate successes instead of obsessing on my end goal as the only way to 'win'. My end goal is 22% fat or less (but >17% as I'm female), whatever weight that turns out to be--it's hard to project the goal weight when I'm still so far from it. At present I'm guessing it to be somewhere around 150 lbs. My best weight when I was doing sprint triathlons in college was 135 lbs. So it's hard to say at this age, with less muscle mass, what my weight should be because even when young and at appropriate body composition I ran on the heavy side for a woman.

    Loss rate was reduced in Oct/Nov due to exceeding calorie targets from birthdays and other family festivities, not a 'plateau', which I define as the frustrating situation of doing everything right and not getting results. In this case the reason for the slower loss rate is perfectly logical--voluntary over-eating.

    last week--thanksgiving food and leftovers to consume. This is both a success (enjoyed a big feast) and a struggle in that it puts a small but expected uptick in weight.

    Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: It wasn't Thanksgiving that accounted for the bump (there wasn't enough time at work to sit down for more than a few minutes), but the day afterward - leftover pumpkin pie is kryptonite. Still, I fully expect the bump to be gone in a day or two. Exercise is going reasonably well. I also just realized that I declared maintenance a year ago, though I hit GW a few months prior to that. One down, forevermore to go.

    @lesdarts180 I'm so glad to hear that things are looking a bit up. I hope that the holidays bring more comfort and joy to you.

    Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: I eating was differently therefore it was hard to track. Thanksgiving was a skipped day but the next day with some leftovers and some not regular eating, I did log with estimating.

    Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: My weight is in a good place in the middle of my range now, despite having a planned surplus week this past week where I ate lots of good food. However, I'm definitely coming down with a cold or something, so next week will be a struggle to get the bare minimum steps in. I'll also have an added challenge of a mandatory work holiday party and a couple of meals out, all while trying to recover.

    Successes: Fully expected a gain this week so I'm ok with a stay the same. It was my Birthday Tuesday, we had a big 'show' at work for our contractors, and a pretty heavy lunch out yesterday. Only 6 more days til we are on a plane to Sunny Cancun!

    Struggles: Just changes in schedule. I like my routine! But I'll keep on chugging.
