I've lost a little more than 20 pounds since late July, but I've been slipping up lately and not hitting my calorie target as consistently as I was earlier in the process. My goal for December is to finish the year strong and get back into the "normal" BMI range (<157 lbs).

Back again. Starting the month out with a bit of inflated number due to way to much alcohol, food from Thanksgiving, eating out the last couple of days, and had a 5 day weekend with my family. Hopefully once I get back to work on Monday it will drop off fairly quickly. My lowest in November right before Thanksgiving was 137.7 and I am hoping to be back in the 130's by the end of the first week.

This month I have so many events centered around eating. If I can get to 135, I will be thrilled. I was 137.2 before the Thanksgiving weekend, I think the first 3 pounds will come off easy, but not sure if I will lose any more this month. It is definitely going to be a yo-yo on the scales with all the big food events.

I got in 30,000 steps that day, but it was SO nice and fun once it started! Here is to hoping I get down to 135 before Friday... I am wearing a REALLY tight dress💃 to another company dinner... I know spanks will help, but they are not miracle workers😊.

While this is getting tiresome, the only other choice is to just not eat at my celebrations, which would really not go over well with the family, or in some instances, even possible. So, the yo-yo weight will continue through December. I still have high hopes I will meet my month goal of 135, then hit my target goal weight of 129.5 in January.

It's hard to realize that the older I am, the harder it is to lose and dropping 5lbs in a week is just not realistic anymore. I've lost a little more than 20 pounds since late July, but I've been slipping up lately and not hitting my calorie target as consistently as I was earlier in the process. My goal for December is to finish the year strong and get back into the "normal" BMI range (<157 lbs).

15 Dec: 164.4 - I can tell I'm retaining water after yesterday's party food - hopefully my weight will normalize again quickly; stayed on track with my diet (ate a little less than normal because I wasn't as hungry after yesterday's feasting); no exercise
16 Dec: 162.5 - nice to see most of the scale spike disappear - I still feel like I'm retaining water, but it's also possible that I gained some actual fat - will see what the scale does over the next few days; stayed on track with my diet; 20-minute workout

This month I have so many events centered around eating. If I can get to 135, I will be thrilled. I was 137.2 before the Thanksgiving weekend, I think the first 3 pounds will come off easy, but not sure if I will lose any more this month. It is definitely going to be a yo-yo on the scales with all the big food events.
01 Dec: 140.2 😬 gained 3 pounds over the weekend at my mother-in-laws for Thanksgiving. I am sure much of it was water weight, but I also enjoyed the meals and pies.

13 Dec: 135.4 😁😁😁 Made it below my pre-Las Vegas weight, and only .4 pounds to my December goal. But tonight I have a Company dinner at Maestros Ocean Club, so fun, so yummy and so many calories 😋😋. Then tomorrow night my daughter's graduation party🥂🍾🎓👩🎓, so much fattening food and celebration! I will be fighting to recoop my weight again next week, but that will be the story of December.

16 Dec: 139.4 😫😯Wow! What a little (ok a lot) of alcohol🤪, and a lot of desserts will do to your weight. My daughter's party👩🎓🎓🍾🥂 was SO much work to get ready... I got in 30,000 steps that day, but it was SO nice and fun once it started! Here is to hoping I get down to 135 before Friday... I am wearing a REALLY tight dress💃 to another company dinner... I know spanks will help, but they are not miracle workers😊.
17 Dec: 137.4 😯😁 Going back down, again. While this is getting tiresome, the only other choice is to just not eat at my celebrations, which would really not go over well with the family, or in some instances, even possible. So, the yo-yo weight will continue through December. I still have high hopes I will meet my month goal of 135, then hit my target goal weight of 129.5 in January.
My bad days for the rest of December includes this Thursday, my company's luncheon (going to try to stay within my calorie budget this day)👩🏫🥗, this Friday, my husband's company dinner (this will be a high calorie day)💃🍷🍸, Christmas Eve🎄🎅, Christmas Day🎅🤶, December 28, high school friends yearly get together👭, and New Year Eve🥂🎉.
18 Dec: 136.4 😊😁 Coming down! 1 more pound and I will be back to my lowest this month. I would love to hit 135 by Friday! We will see!
😫PS: LOST MY FITBIT SHOPPING YESTERDAY!😡😤 I know I lost it at 1:00 pm that is when it stopped syncing. Now to figure out where I was at 1 pm, and go back there. Is there a way for your GPS on your phone tell you where you were at a certain time?🙄

Down 1.4 since last week. Staying on track, logging every day. Woke up with a horrible sore throat, several students at school were sick last week, although I have a very strong immune system, it seems its got me this time around.

Back again. Starting the month out with a bit of inflated number due to way to much alcohol, food from Thanksgiving, eating out the last couple of days, and had a 5 day weekend with my family. Hopefully once I get back to work on Monday it will drop off fairly quickly. My lowest in November right before Thanksgiving was 137.7 and I am hoping to be back in the 130's by the end of the first week.

16 Dec: 66.1/145.7 🧐 it’s super hot here and I’ve puffed up again. Had to loosen my watch, belt and bra so I thought the number would actually be higher! Also went over in calories yesterday but not by much.

I have never noticed before but looking back over last three months, I have gained about 1Kg/2.2lbs in the same three days leading up. If it does it next month I’ll be convinced it’s not a coincidence. Not sure if it’s a fluid thing or a bad food choice thing (that adds fluid) because I know that’s a problem around there for me. I dislike cooking and I always end up baking something like biscuits or cheesecake something high Cal’s. So interesting!! 😃
