    12/16 – 123.2 – Questioning the accuracy of my scale because I thought there would be a gain. Date with hubby Saturday, sick kid, lots of snacking.

    12/18 – 123.0 – 1.2 lb loss this round, sticking in my maintenance range while enjoying the holidays and outings is very encouraging.
    I have been horrible about posting my updates, but I am still weighing every day.

    12/19 :: 239.8 today :: yesterday was my monthly carb refeed so I knew I’d be up a little today. Not to bad all things considered.
    12/20 :: 238.6 (-1.2) :: good start 20 hr IF. Lots of computer work today so probably not going to get my steps in.

    12/09: 164.2 - Things haven't been going so well, I'm just trying to get through it all. There are so many things I need to do this month. It's going to be a challenge, but I’ll get it all done. Wish me luck!
