First Day

Hello everyone,
Today is my first day in making new decision and trying to keep a healthy lifestyle. I know this new chapter would be difficult, but I’m willing to face my new obstacles. I’m hopeful that many of you can give me tips in how I can change my intake. I have a lot to lose, but I hope I don’t get discourage and keep thinking postive.

    Baby steps. You don't need to make sweeping changes all at once. A bunch of small changes quickly add up
