Biggest loser week 9

Hey,
I had a good food day yesterday till dinner I ate 4 homemade tacos.
Even with my exercise calories I was over my goal for the day.
Mon:
25 pushups/25 crunches/0 leg raises/ 1hr aqua/20 squats/no free weight work
10h20
4 f/v
no eating out
I think I overeat at dinner because I don't get home until 8:15 when I go to Aqua class. By then the little sandwich I have for lunch is way gone. I always eat a fiber one 90 calorie bar between 3-4 but that is not much.
