Walkers Shortbread Fingers. Have to eat only one at a time and very slowly, as they have 100 calories per cookie. So good, you only need one. Great with a cup of coffee.

Fruit is dessert & sweet enough for me, but... a giant banana split twice/yr is a must. Once the spring heat hits here in FL, I'll be in line for my 1st of the year. Oh, & when my b'day comes around, I eat my entire cake for 3 meals/day for 2-days & love it. Can't wait!

I've never even tried these but I already know they'd be my favorites.

Chocolate chip cookie with brownie inside

They are great. Especially if you put a lil peanut butter inside too

No bake cookies are my favorite! Since going keto, I make them with coconut, coconut oil, and peanut butter. So good!

Today, walnuts, cuz I'll be baking soon & they were on sale... BOGO. I had no idea they had so many calories, given that they taste like cardboard... if cardboard were at least as palatable as styrofoam.

Trademark it fast. Find a marketer. You may have just become a billionaire in the weight loss industry.

I'll be baking Irish raisin bread in awhile... I always double the raisins. It's one of the few things I don't mind after it's frozen. But, I'll have a thick, hot slice with a hunk of Kerrygold before I wrangle it into the freezer & away from my hot li'l hands.

This & a cuppa black IR tea at midnight... no wonder I can't sleep, of late.

Has anyone ever had Concord grape pie? A relative makes it every year at Christmas and I like (but don't love) it. Just wondering how common this is!

Had #1 out of 3 family Christmas dinners today and all I wanted for dessert was more mashed potatoes...but didn't want to be weird, so had more green beans and a brownie instead
