Have I missed that many days?! I was undecided about how to count the LNS' points... I will count all late dinners as not okay, though I don't feel bad bout any, since none was snacking or mindless eating. Just back home late. Better planning is the goal, control at night doesn't seem to be an issue just now.

😡 Didn’t just snack, but totally binged! No reason for it, just started on cheese and then graduated to cookies, when will I ever learn! Oh, well, yesterday is past, time to move on and try again today. I am still ahead for the month.

Last night was tough. I got up way too many times. Just had zero calorie flavored carbonated water each time. I was really tempted to hit the CHOCOLATE but I kept control.

Tonight will be better, I hope!

Just a note: TOTAL calories at the end of the day matter. If snacking at night (a habit for many) is what keeps you sane, then EAT LESS during the day to compensate for it.

For some reason last night was tough....maybe the stressful day. But instead of snacking I chose napping. At least I got through the night without succumbing to binging.

Hang in there everyone. We can get through this.

And clearly no need to join our challenge. This challenge is for those of us who feel a need to take control of this behavior for whatever reason. This is not a CICO challenge and does not pretend to be.

I loved it how after dinner I felt like grabbing something (useless) from the cupboard, had a glimpse at the clock and thought "No need to eat now. I'll do that tomorrow." You know, this challenge
