    Hello!

    I need this so much. Sometimes it seems like I am the only one trying to lose weight. I need to recomit to my goals. I lost 60 lbs in 2016/2017 but have mostly gained it all back in the last 3 years.

    Here is to getting to goal in 2020

    Starting Weight 209.8
    Goal Weight 142
    Current Weight 208.3
    Total Loss -1.50
    This week I will do a minimum of 20 minutes intentional activity.

    This week's challenges: Lots of free time this week due to vacation and lots of temptations, gained .4 pounds :/

    I would like to join this challenge. I have been at my goal weight a couple of times in the past and know how good it feels. As I get older (57), it is getting harder to do the things I need to do to lose and maintain the lower weight. I am looking forward to reaching my goal again this year. Let's do this!
