Sorry away from computer and technology yesterday.
Jan 8 = 20 Burpees in one min.
Jan 9 = 80 Burpees in gym workout, did not do the min max after that. LOL

I was only gonna do one burpee again today ( body still wanted to chill, and I promised to listen this year) but I just really wanted to round out that number!

Good question, not sure how to measure that but they have never given me problems. In general, I am not very flexible though, so my range of motion can be limited.1 -

You know that ole song that goes sumthin like โ ๐ผ anโthe hip bone is connected to the leg bone, and the leg bone ... ๐ถ โ ? Our bodies have a pulley system with muscles and ligaments. Thinking if you work on increasing your hip mobility you could see a change in your knee. As for measuring it- do a video - tons of them out there under hip mobility for runners - and youโll learn right quick. ( I did) ๐0 -

Did them again as part of my warm up routine before lifting this morning.
Kinda sad to think that 2yrs ago I was doing 120 a day in addition to regular stuff. Happy to know I can work my way back up to that again- if I go slow and train smart!

Today I revert to my silly lil one burpee. I didnโt want to tax myself overly- supposed to be a rest day and I already did an easy/slow run/walk. So ya. Monday I better rock this thing! ๐0 -

I only did yoga and some planking in the am, plus a short run at lunch today- saw your post and decided I had enough gas in the tank to push it...

Both hubby and I slept in today- I was late for work meeting but still threw down 1 burpee in the kitchen... right in front of him.... before a quick peck on his cheek and running out the door. He texted me later to inform me I am nuts ๐
Good thing I did. Somehow wrenched my upper back while reaching for the toilet paper on the bivvy ( TMI?) And it spasmed for hours. Good news is it is still weak but much better now that I am home( 14 hours later... looong work day). Will see how Tuesday goes ๐ค

So I did a burpee each morning on Jan 21&22. Been feeling bone tired (guess from the bug, though I am better?) but back n body feeling okay today so I tried a new lil thing at work in our boardroom: 5 burpees at breaks*2 plus 5 at lunch. Surprised at how easy they felt to do! Might try it again tommorrow too.

am a slug- quit smoking cold turkey so kinda anti social at the moment. Never fear I am still banging a burpee each day.

I finished 30 days of 50 burpees a day on Tuesday January 21st and took a break from impact stuff til today.
I did 3 x 10 in my workout.1 -

Learned that I will do more consecutive burpees if it is part of a video routine. Found one that is only 10 minutes long. Rinse repeat.-1 -

I've been busy traveling for a bit. Took a break from burpees for most of Feb. Just lots of walking outside and some running. March I started 10 burpees a day indefinitely. Enough to tone without leaving my wrists too sore.1
