Ladies and Gentlemen......HELP!!

Having a bit of trouble with my self esteem due to having the dreaded "mommy tummy". For those of you that have had children or lost large amounts of weight, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. The "two stomachs " sometimes referred to as the "front butt" lol. I was terribly lazy and unhealthy during my pregnancy and for several years after, then I lost about 65 lbs and its left me with something I can't stand seeing in the mirror. I have researched tummy tuck procedures and its definitely an option, but I wanted to see if anyone had any tips on how to work on this ugly pouch without surgery. Any tips would be appreciated greatly!!!
