Meals Ready In 5 minutes

Looking for quick & healthy meals that can be eaten while walking or standing no access to microwave or time to sit down I’ve only got a couple minutes to eat my lunch and dinner.

Normally my meals Monday Through Saturday are on the go. Any ideas would be great

    I like the salad kits that come with a protein on it u can pick up in most grocery stores. Sometimes i will do a cheese and cracker pack with a side of carrots if im travelling. A premade sandwich isn't an awful idea, spice it up with lots of veggies and interesting toppings

    Your situation sounds to me as if it’s the inspiration behind whoever first came up with ‘wraps’ as a meal concept! 😂

    You can put most things in a wrap, basic formula: protein (meat, cheese, canned fish, veg proteins etc) something crunchy (salad items generally) and something for moisture (yoghurt, sour cream, mayo, hummus, hot sauce etc), seasoning to suit.

    Quick and easy to eat, tasty and infinitely variable!
