At-Home Workout Routines

Hi everyone I am new here and looking to go down 30 pounds! My plan is workout 3 times a week for at least 30-45 mins. I have a treadmill at home and a set of weights (10 & 15 pounds) and a bunch of resistance bands (with different intensity levels).

I am looking for an effective at home workout to be able to do. Any suggestions. Also will I be able to reach my goal working out 3 times a week for 30-45 mins?

Thank you! :)

I like to use FitnessBlender for my workouts. I just use the free videos.

I lost 20kg (44lb) using fitness blender. And kept it off for 2 years. Their videos are free or you can get a 4 or 8 week program that costs less than $15 and you can use over and over.

Eat at a calorie deficit and you will meet your weight loss goals. By that I mean eat fewer calories than maintenance. Exercise is great for health and fitness goals, but without managing intake it can be tough to lose weight consistently. Exercise often doesn't burn as many calories as we think.

I have a friend who recommended FitOn, an app. The first routine I did was HIIT something and Sculpt, it used resistance bands and weights. Just finished a restorative stretching routine. I normally use an exercise bike, weights, and the elliptical so it's been fun to switch it up.
