After what I thought was a year lacking consistency, making bad food choices and not exactly training due to a number of family/career issues I took a photo today to compare and to kick my *kitten* back again. I’m 3 for 3 in the gym this week. Well the result was surprising.
Same Body Fat within 0.1%
Almost 3 kgs heavier all of which seems to be muscle
Proof that looking at the scale weight doesn’t give a true representation. I have done in my opinion a lot better than I realised and actually put muscle on.
Be interested to know which you think looks better but I’m gonna go for a lean fat loss for a couple months I think.
