    Take good care of your skin! Start small with a face wash, moisturizer and sunscreen meant for your skin type. I look forward to my morning and evening skin care routines because healthy skin is great for confidence, makes you look healthier overall and can keep you looking young.

    Good one I did that pre kiddo when I was in fantastic shape.....plus it made the day feel so much better🤘😎.....I started the eating at noon thing again when I began IF and lost weight immediately....now to figure out how to get that run in 🤔🤷🤗

    A good morning begins the night before. I lay out my workout clothes, so when I go into my closet to get dressed, it's all right there, and I make a thermos of hot tea the night before, so it's ready when I get up. And then I can say, "Well, I'm already dressed, I might as well go work out." And that's that much.
