I'm a person that tend to get distracted and try to multi-task all the time. In the end i barely get anything finished.
What I usually do is set a timer dedicating that time to a specific task so it helps block out distractions and keeps me committed only on that one task. It helps me get a lot done.6 -

Put on your sport clothes when you wake up ! 🏋🏽♀️ 🧘🏽♂️ 👟 Even tho you don’t go for a run in that right second, you will; eventually in the day. 🏃🏻♀️✌🏼2

I like to correct as many people as possible throughout the day whether I am right or not.2

I like to correct as many people as possible throughout the day whether I am right or not.
I routinely approach people at the gym who are training and in the middle of a set.
I'll simply lean into them and announce: "You're Doing That Wrong."
If they become upset, I just tell them: "You Need To Channel That Anger Into Three More Reps."

Give away a few items you don’t use, or wear anymore. Move energy around you, with moving stuff around, clean desks, tables, closets, storage, etc.
Leave windows open for some time, let the air get into your place and runs thru it.

Take good care of your skin! Start small with a face wash, moisturizer and sunscreen meant for your skin type. I look forward to my morning and evening skin care routines because healthy skin is great for confidence, makes you look healthier overall and can keep you looking young.3

Start a day wit no food, and jog. Eat at midday
Good one I did that pre kiddo when I was in fantastic shape.....plus it made the day feel so much better🤘😎.....I started the eating at noon thing again when I began IF and lost weight immediately....now to figure out how to get that run in 🤔🤷🤗1 -

Always go the extra mile ! On everything you do. Challenge your own limits, feels so good when you jog 5 more minutes, when you drink a smoothie instead of fries, when you forgive fast on silly things, love ! 🙌🏼2
