new to fitness!

hey all, I'm alyssa (: joined this app to start keeping track of my meals - looking to lose 20-30 lbs, and any suggestions on beginner workouts would be appreciated! i'd love to hear what has worked for you guys, i know everyone is different. i have a treadmill at home, but i want to start incorporating weight lifting, just not sure where to begin. thanks in advance!     Yey a fellow third shifter!! What's your hours? My is not bad. I work 4-10's. 7pm -5am only good thing about the shift is once Thursday is done I don't go back till Monday at 7!!!
    I am currently doing a 12 week bulk, so I am starting to know a little more about weight training as I go, so I could probably help you there!!

    I did Strong Curves and really found success with it. It really depends on your goals and what equipment you have access to. Good luck!
