Hi all. I’ve just finished dinner and logged everything I ate today but it won’t let me complete as I’ve had under 600 calories. 😣 I have a bad relationship with food but want to keep a record. Will it save anyway after midnight?

    To answer your question, yes, it’s fine. There’s no detriment nor benefit from closing out the day’s diary.

    Your data will be saved either way. It’s no more than a gimmick that it tells you off if you’ve not reached the ‘goal’ number.

    Having said that...you clearly know that 600 isn’t enough calories, but you’re working towards a better relationship with food I’m sure. You do you, you’ll get there! 💜

    Have dessert, log that too and then close out. 600 calories is unhealthy low and mfp won't support that.

    You know you have unhealthy good issues so eat more. 2nd dinner and dessert
