    Mexican sloppy joes on multigrain bread - onion buns for the rest of the fam- who dont care for multigrain---along with Corn on the cob, watermelon and cantaloupe- and I think lemon bars for dessert.

    My own version of Southwest salad, using baby kale and fire-roasted corn, black beans, cheddar cheese, and green onions - with a bbq/olive-oil mayo dressing

    OR Taco Bell - - - but i hope to have the strength to not end up there.....(fingers crossed)

    Your Southwest salad sounds WAY better than Taco Hell... I mean Bell....

    mixed bag of salad, light cream cheese (salmon and dill), mint, rosemary and vegetarian mince with steam fresh vegetables. 212 calories, 20g protein, almost zero fat, over 9 grams of fibre and almost no sugar either. not to mention it has b6, b12, vitamin C, omega 3 (though minimal), iron, magnesium and selenium
