This was on MSN this a.m. and so many of these points are touched upon through-out the forums but rereading always helps reinforce the thoughts. Hope it helps someone.
I know one I'm going to start trying is taking a 10 minute walk after each meal. Usually I try to get my walk on the TM in before I start my day but I end up fizzling out due to hunger plus looking at doing the whole amount leaves me feeling tired. I'm also going to try using hot no-salt added broth before meals, and/or when I go to bed, to cut down on adding more calories when I feel I need *something* but not sure what; that's when I start adding calories mindlessly. I always say I wish I liked tea for that purpose but I also like broth, which I never think of.
I wish I could go 100% plant-based but I still like my chicken and fish.

So if anyone finds some ideas from this article they're going to start incorporating more, let me know! :)

Theres's some common sense info there, but also a lot of the usual magazine weight loss woo compounded by the disclaimer "Microsoft may earn an Affiliate Commission if you purchase something through recommended links in this article."

Maybe 1 in 4 of those 50 are credible. The other 38 or so of them will just need to be debunked in these forums for the umpteenth time if many people read that article! 😂

I thought 16 of the 50 were good or at least unobjectionable ideas. That's not too shabby for a webzine diet article. Some of the others were silly, like losing weight faster by eating lunch at 11:30 instead of noon.
