There is no credible scientific evidence backing ACV for losing weight.
There is some credible scientific evidence that ACV can help control blood sugar in diabetics if taken before a meal, similar to a glass of wine.
There is also some credible evidence that unfiltered, unpasteurized ACV can benefit the gut biome similar to other fermented products as they are probiotic... but I'll stick to yogurt and occasionally enjoying some kimchi or sauerkraut on that front.
ACV is delicious for making dressings and sauces and making a cucumber salad. Pretty hard on the teeth straight up though.4 -
