Ha, the irony. I came home yesterday at 9. I was inspired to grap a wrap at 6 p.m.. When I got home (hungry!), I only had a veggie soup, no bread with it and stayed away from the peanuts I was craving! So I take that as a win.

I hit my 1st Goal Weight, from my food program and no LNS.
LNS has been my nemesis for so long!
I love kicking this horrible habit.
